Plumbing expert & problem solver by day, adventure-seeker by heart. As the owner and visionary behind 307 Mechanical Inc., I take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable plumbing services to Star Valley, Jackson, and Eastern Idaho and beyond.
Raised in Star Valley, WY, I’ve built my business on integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to getting the job done right every time.
With years of hands-on experience, I specialize in new construction & remodels. My team and I are dedicated to providing expert plumbing solutions with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
When I’m not working, I’m embracing adventure—surfing, yoga, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, free diving/ spear fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding, snowmobiling, traveling the world, and exploring great food. I bring that same energy and dedication into my work, ensuring my people receive exceptional service and long-lasting relationships.

Brandon Merrill
As the Integrator at 307 Mechanical Inc., I am passionate about building upon an already strong foundation to create the premier plumbing and hydronic company in Star Valley, Jackson, and Eastern Idaho.
With 15 years of business leadership across various industries, I focus on strengthening the operational side of our company—because trust me, you don’t want me to handle the plumbing! My priority is to cultivate a strong, cohesive team that embodies our core values, thrives within our company culture, and is dedicated to mastering their craft.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my family and friends, whether we’re out in the snow, on the water, or exploring the trails. I also appreciate a long walk on the beach, a cold IPA, and making prolonged eye contact just to see who gets uncomfortable first—though I usually save that for my loving wife! Life is too serious to take too seriously, and I make sure to bring a little fun wherever I go.

SALES LEADER
Jason Frye
Raised on a Montana farm and ranch, Jason learned early the values that still drive his
work today: community, hard work, respect, and integrity. Those roots shaped not just
who he is, but how he approaches every job- showing up, doing it right, and standing
behind his work.
After high school, he earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from South Dakota
School of Mines & Technology while launching a career in wildland firefighting. That
combination of technical precision and real-world problem solving laid the foundation for
what would become a 15-year career in farming and ranching followed by a move into
plumbing and hydronics when his family relocated to Star Valley, Wyoming in 2020.
Known around the shop as a bit of a “MacGyver”, Jason thrives in challenging
situations. He has a knack for figuring out tough problems, finding smart solutions, and
delivering high quality results without ever taking himself too seriously. For him,
excellence is non-negotiable, but work should still be done with a sense of humor and
perspective.
When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him spending time with his family and friends-
preferably somewhere deep in the woods, far from the noise and close to what matters
most.
OPERATIONS LEADER
Ernie Quiroz
Beginning in Washington, winding through Idaho, making my way through Jackson Hole, to my permanent home here in Star Valley, my story is of mountains and the wilderness. “I wasn’t born in Wyoming, but I got here as quickly as I could”.
I am about the rugged, wild outdoor life. I find peace in facing the challenges of nature.
Whether I am high in the mountains, scouting for the perfect Buck, atop a hunting horse riding through the early morning darkness, or camping with friends, I love being challenged.
The wilderness pushes me to find the best of myself, just as my role as Operations Leader with 307 Mechanical Inc. does. My 18 years of experience in the plumbing trade have given me the training and knowledge necessary to lead the crews of our company. I take exceptional pride in guiding our crews, through the straightforward as well as more complex builds. I also consider myself a valuable bridge to our clients, as they too maneuver the challenges that may arise during their project.
I approach each job, with the same rugged determination, that I approach my outdoor adventures. My goal is always to find pride within myself as I review my work. Whether the task is a small bathroom remodel, or a custom luxury home, my responsibility is to ensure quality results for all our clients. Attention to detail and the pride that comes from giving my all, is the standard that I set for the crews of 307 mechanical.
Under my supervision any job that our company is given will most assuredly be executed in the most professional, timely and thorough manner possible.
